Kelly Ros Mery Jaime Arias

Kelly Ros Mery Jaime Arias (she/her) is a Peruvian architect and urban planner, researcher and teacher at the Architecture and Urbanism Faculty of the PUCP. She holds a master’s degree in urban planning from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a diploma on Housing and Urban Policies. Her action-research combines urban studies and housing issues at local and territorial scales. And her practice duel with planning issues at the local level and their wider relations with national and international policies. Kelly is a founding member of Habitar Construcción Colectiva, an architecture association that works towards the empowering of urban grassroot movements.
