Rebecca Geyer

Rebecca Geyer did her B.Sc. in Geography at the Humboldt University of Berlin and is now doing her Bachelor in Postindustrial Design at the FHNW Academy of Art and Design in Basel. In Berlin, she worked as a student assistent for the interdisciplinary research institute IRI THESys where she used partycipatory mapping as an approach in her thesis for the ginkoo-project. For that, she received the THESys Award. In Basel, she now works at the intersection of science and design and specializes in the visual communication of geographic information. Since February 2021, she is part of the interdisciplinary “MITWELTEN”-project at the Critical Media Lab.
