Christine Schranz holds a PhD and an MA in Design and is a senior researcher and lecturer at the Academy of Art and Design in Basel. She is currently leading the SNSF-project The Commons in Design – Open Source and Open Design in Contemporary Design Processes.
Previously at the Critical Media Lab, she was also leading the SNSF-funded research project Augmented Space (2015–2019) and A Journey to Palmyra (2017).
Since September 2016 she is on the management of the Institute of Integrative Design | Masterstudio Design.
